CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please note our cancellation policy:
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. You can cancel your reservation up to four weeks before your arrival and your deposit will be refunded, however there will be a €75 cancellation fee for each room booked. Should you can within four weeks of arrival date, the deposit will not be returned. Any cancellations within two weeks prior to your arrival date will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the total stay.Prepayment reservations cannot be canceled or refunded. Campaign rates, package rates and reservations made on 3rd party websites have individual policies for cancellation. Please see your original confirmation letter for your option to cancel.
